一、竞赛时间、地点 Date and Location

1. 比赛时间：2021年11月27日至11月28日

Date: 27th November & 28th November 2021

2. 比赛地点: 杭州余杭区国文路1号人大附中杭州学校游泳馆

Location: No.1 Guowen Road, Yuhang District, Hangzhou. RDFZ King's College Swimming Pool

二、参加单位 Participants

邀请国内国际学校以及7家俱乐部(预估200人)

International and Bilingual Schools in China and 7 Swimming clubs(estimated 200 people).

三、年龄组与竞赛项目(男子、女子)Age groups and Events

1. 竞技组 Competitive Group：

10岁、11岁、12岁、13岁组、14岁组：

Age10, Age11, Age12, Age13, Age14

50米自、100米自、50米仰、100米仰、50米蛙、100米蛙、50米蝶、200米个人混合泳、4x50米自由泳接力(限10岁组男女各 2名);4x50米混合泳接力(限13岁组男女各2名)

50m Freestyle,100m Freestyle,50m Backstroke,100m Backstroke,

50m Breaststroke,100m Breaststroke,50m Butterfly,200m Medley,

4*50m mixed gender freestyle relay(Age 10 only, two boys, two girls)

4*50m mixed gender medley relay(Age 13 only, two boys, two girls)

2. 业余组：Development group

8岁组、9岁组项目：Events for Age 8 and Age 9

50米自由泳打腿、50米自由泳、50米仰泳、50米蛙泳、4x50米自由泳接力(限9岁组男女各2名)

50m Freestyle Kicking, 50m Freestyle, 50m Backstroke, 50m Breaststroke,

4*50m mixed gender freestyle relay(Age 9 only, two boys, two girls)

10岁、11岁、12岁、13岁组、14岁组项目：

Events for Age 10、Age 11、Age 12、Age 13、Age 14:

50米自由泳、100米自由泳、50米仰泳、50米蛙泳、100米蛙泳、、4x50米混合泳接力(限11岁组男女各2名)

50m Freestyle, 100m Freestyle, 50m Backstroke, 50m Breaststroke,

100m Breaststroke, 4*50m mixed gender medley relay(Age 11 only, two boys, two girls)

四、竞赛办法：Rules

1. 比赛采用中国游泳协会审定的最新游泳竞赛规则;

Follow the most up to date swimming competition rules made by Chinese Swimming Association.

2.各学校与俱乐部报名人数不限，每人限报二项，如个人再报第三项以上的，另收每一项50元人民币，另可兼报接力。所有项目均采用一次性决赛;

Unlimited number of participants. Each participant will be allowed to enter the maximum of two individual event (Relay is not included).Additional individual event and relay will charge 50RMB. All the event will be one-off final.

3.大会统一办理赛事期间的意外伤害保险。

Personal accident insurance will be provided.

4.本场赛事采用网上报名方式。

五、录取名次与奖励：Ranking and Award

1. 设立竞技组(男子、女子全年龄组)第一名奖金为50美金;

Competitive group(boys, girls all age groups ), the first place winner will be awarded 50 US dollar.

2. 各单项录取前8名，参赛人数不足8人时按减一录取;

In each event, only ranking the first 8 places. When there are less than 8 participants in one event, ‘the real number of participants minus 1 people’ will be ranked. E.g. When there are only 6 participants in one event, the first 5 (6-1=5) swimmers will be ranked.

六、报名和报到 Check-in and sign-up

1. 报名：各俱乐部于2021年11月20日前将《报名表》和运动员、教练员照片电子版发送至报名邮箱: 270075580@qq.com

Sign-up: Please send the register form and pictures of participants, coaches to 270075580@qq.com by 20th Nov. 2021.

逾期报名者不得参加比赛。

Any overdue entering will not be accepted.

2. 报到：请各参赛学校与俱乐部，于11月25日17:00前至人大附中杭州学校1号门进入报到并领取赛事包。

Check-in: All the schools and clubs need to arrive at Gate 1 of RDFZ King’s College for Check-in before 17:00 on 25th Nov.2021.

七、经费 Entering Fee

报到时每人交350元报名费(含项目、中餐、保险费)。各队自带队旗一面，长2米，宽1.3米。

350RMB entering fee of each participant will be charged, which includes events, lunch and insurance.

Please prepare a 2m length* 1.3m width flag for your school or club.
